Using Vectali

Vectali converts raster artwork into SVG through its browser converter and authenticated API. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to the account and file handling described in the privacy policy.

Use the service within its documented limits. The current API accepts PNG and JPEG uploads and returns SVG markup. Output formats or capabilities that are not documented are not part of the service offered here.

Your artwork and output

Only upload or process artwork you own or have permission to use. You remain responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, and other rights associated with the source image and your use of its output. Using Vectali does not transfer your rights in your artwork to us.

You permit Vectali and the providers operating the service to process, store, and deliver your files as needed for the features you use. Saved history and API result storage work as described in the privacy policy.

Inspect the SVG before publishing, printing, or delivering it. Conversion can change small details and does not recover original fonts, editable text, design layers, or missing image information. An SVG output is not a trademark clearance, a guarantee of uniqueness, or a guarantee that it is suitable for a particular use.

Accounts and API keys

Keep access to your sign-in account and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity performed using your credentials. Do not embed secret keys in browser code, share them publicly, or use another person's account without permission.

Revoke a key in the dashboard if it is exposed. Deleting browser data or signing out does not revoke an API key.

Allowances and billing

Browser export allowances and server API allowances are separate. API Starter includes 500 successful server conversions per billing period. In-flight API work reserves an allowance, failed conversions release it, and a completed idempotent replay does not spend another allowance.

Use a new request key for each new conversion and keep it for retries of that conversion. Read the idempotency reference before building automated retries.

The free plan includes unlimited browser previews and three lifetime SVG exports. A Web Credit Pack costs US$5 once and adds 25 browser exports; purchased credits do not expire. Web Pro costs US$9 per month and includes unlimited browser exports. API Starter costs US$19 per month and includes 500 successful server conversions per billing period.

Stripe hosts checkout and processes real payments. Monthly plans renew until canceled. Open billing settings in the dashboard to cancel at the end of the current billing period; your subscription remains available until that period ends. Browser credits and Web Pro do not include API usage.

Responsible use

Do not upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, probe another account's private files, bypass authentication or usage controls, or use the service to infringe someone else's rights. Do not run abusive traffic or repeated parallel retries that disrupt other users.

Access may be restricted when credentials are compromised or activity threatens the service or other accounts.

Availability and changes

Keep your own copies of source artwork and exported SVGs. Saved history is a workspace feature, not a replacement for your backups.

Processing time and output depend on the image and service conditions. No fixed processing time, uninterrupted availability, or service-level agreement is offered by these terms.

We may change features, limits, and these terms as the product evolves. Updates to these terms appear on this page with a revised date. Check the documentation for the current API contract.
