Your account
When you sign in with Google, Vectali receives account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider identifier. We use it to identify your account and connect you to your workspace.
Our PostgreSQL database stores account and sign-in records, sessions, preferences, API key records, conversion metadata, and billing records. Session records can include your IP address and browser information. Sign-in cookies keep your session connected; signing out ends access through that session.
API keys are shown in full when created. The database stores a keyed digest for authentication, a visible prefix, the key's name, and usage or revocation information.
Artwork and processing
Browser processing runs the conversion on your device. When “remember history” is enabled, Vectali then uploads the original and SVG to your account automatically. Turning history off prevents those future browser saves; the conversion itself still runs locally.
API processing sends your image to Vectali's conversion service and returns an SVG. API requests save the original, output, and conversion metadata so your result can be retrieved and a completed request can be replayed consistently.
File metadata includes the filename, image dimensions, byte sizes, path count, processing duration, and creation time. Only upload artwork you are comfortable processing through the engine and history settings you choose.
Saved history
Saved originals and SVGs are held in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. The application checks account ownership before serving saved files; ordinary history downloads do not create a public sharing URL. When you authorize an agent, the agent can request a signed SVG download link. Anyone holding that link can download that SVG for up to 10 minutes, or until you delete the conversion. Original image downloads are not shared this way.
The “remember history” preference controls future browser saves. Turning it off does not remove existing entries and does not disable API result storage.
Deleting an entry from History removes its saved original, SVG, and history record. Account, session, API key, usage, and billing records are separate from an individual history entry. This policy does not set a fixed automatic deletion period for those records.
Billing data
Vectali stores Stripe customer, checkout, payment, and subscription identifiers, plan status, usage allowances, and fulfillment records. Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment details; Vectali's application database does not store card numbers.
Checkout uses Stripe to process real payments. Stripe receives the payment information you enter and provides Vectali with the identifiers and payment status needed to fulfill your purchase.
Connected agents receive the account information and conversion access you authorize. OAuth consent and token records support these connections. Disconnect an agent at Connected agents; this blocks further access, including access tokens that have not expired. An existing signed SVG link remains valid until its short expiry or deletion of the conversion.
Service providers
Google provides sign-in, Cloudflare provides hosting and file storage, the database service holds account records, and Stripe provides checkout and billing. These services process the information needed for their part of the product under their own terms and policies.
Documentation search uses a static index in your browser. Search terms are not sent to an external search service. Normal requests to the website still reach its hosting infrastructure.
Your controls
In the dashboard, you can review saved history, delete entries, change future browser-history preferences, and revoke API keys. Keep a separate copy of artwork you need to retain.
Sign out on shared devices and revoke exposed keys promptly. Clearing browser data can remove local preferences or previews; it does not delete server-side history or billing records.
We update this page when the product's data handling changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. See the terms of use for account and artwork responsibilities.
