The landing preview accepts PNG. Sign in to the dashboard for PNG or JPG files and export controls. Check the file limits before uploading; browser and API limits differ. Sign in to view and purchase paid plans in account billing.

Is the free conversion quality different?
Free and paid web plans use the same browser converter. Plans change web export allowances. API Starter runs conversions on our servers.
What counts as a web export?
Claiming an SVG download uses an export. Browser previews are free. Downloading the same conversion again does not spend a second export.
Do the free exports reset each month?
No. A free account gets three SVG exports in total. For more web exports, choose a credit pack or Web Pro.
Does Web Pro include the API?
No. Web Pro covers conversions performed locally in your browser. API Starter covers server-side requests from your own code.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
Open Billing in your account to cancel at the end of the current billing period. Your subscription remains available until that period ends and then does not renew.
Do my images leave my device?
Browser conversion runs locally. Saved history is on by default in the dashboard: after conversion, your original image and SVG are uploaded to your account. Turn history off in Settings to prevent future browser saves. The landing preview does not save history. API conversions send your image to the server.
