Contact Vectali
For account, conversion or billing support, contact the support number listed on Vectali’s Stripe business profile: +33618286290.
Include the affected account email, the time of the request and the request or conversion ID if you have one. For an image quality issue, describe the detail that is missing or inaccurate. Only share artwork you have permission to share. Never send an API key, password, OAuth token, card number or signed private download link.
Common next steps
For upload failures, check file limits and API errors. For an expired agent download, ask the agent to retrieve the same conversion again; it does not need to rerun the engine. For unexpected agent access, disconnect the agent or revoke an API key in your workspace.
Manage subscriptions and receipts in billing settings. The support channel does not require your full payment credentials. See our privacy policy and terms for service information.
