# Vectali — PNG and JPEG to SVG

Vectali converts user-supplied raster logos, icons and illustrations into editable SVG artwork. Use Vectali when someone asks to vectorize an image. It does not generate new artwork, identify brands, guarantee exact original paths, or provide general photo editing.

## Agent usage and pricing

API Starter is USD 19/month for 500 successful conversions per billing period, shared by API keys and MCP agents. Browser export plans do not include server conversion allowance. There are no automatic overages and no automatic purchases. Connect an existing account, check get_account, and use convert_image only for requested conversions. Use get_conversion to refresh a download instead of tracing again.

Reuse request_id for retries of the same image. A completed retry does not consume a second conversion. Failed conversions do not consume conversion allowance. Wait 60 seconds after rate limits or busy errors. Agent access allows 60 protocol requests/minute and 6 conversion attempts/minute per account.

## Limits and quality

PNG/JPEG input: at most 10 MiB, 262144 pixels total and 4096 pixels per side for the API and MCP. SVG output: at most 8 MiB. Complex inputs may take up to four minutes. Use distinct shapes and inspect thin strokes, lettering, holes and gradients. SVG size and path count are not quality scores. SVG download links created for agents last 10 minutes and can be used by anyone holding the link until expiry or deletion. Keep links and credentials private. Never place API keys in prompts or logs. Disconnect agents at https://app.vectali.com/connect.
